It combines talking, visualisation, eye movements, therapeutic touch and tapping to alter how the brain stores difficult memories. During your life your body is ‘coding’ your negative experiences and attaching emotions like fear, hurt, guilt, shame and anger to different events that you experience. The thoughts that are attached to your memories create a chain of bio-chemical and psychological changes. These ‘codes’ are then triggered subconsciously causing anxiety, phobias, stress, depression, and overeating becoming rooted into your everyday life. This method identifies the triggers and with the guidance of our qualified practitioners, they alter the ‘coding’ to relieve and eve the issues problem goes away.
